Glenn Martin B.Comm, CAE
Over the past 20 years Glenn was progressively responsible for strategic and operational leadership of provincial and national not-for-profit associations. These organizations included Engineers Canada and recently Unmanned Systems Canada

Prior to moving to Ottawa in 2013 Glenn served as the CEO for the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies of British Columbia (ACECBC) for 8 years and volunteered on the Board of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) BC.

Glenn served as Manager, Member & Public Affairs for the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, the regulatory body for more than 25,000 members. She held a political position to a senior federal cabinet minister, started a business in international trade and consulted in marketing and communications.

She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business, University of Victoria and has the Certified Association Executive designation

Barrie Kirk, P.Eng

Barrie has worked in the technology industries in Canada, the U.K.,and the U.S., including senior management positions at Telesat Enterprises and Lapp-Hancock, and in management positions at BNR, Nortel, and Bell Canada.

His consulting projects over the last few years have focused on autonomous vehicles, connected vehicles, automotive infotainment, traveler information services, real-time traffic information, and vehicle use surveys.

In addition to his role with CAVCOE, Barrie is a member of ITS Canada’s Connected Autonomous Vehicle Technical Committee and the Canadian Advisory Committee for ISO / TC204 (Intelligent Transportation Systems).

Barrie received a B.Sc. (Honours) in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications and Electronics) from Coventry University, U.K.  He is a Professional Engineer licensed by Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Nicola McLeod
Nicola Nicola McLeod has been developing brands and managing operations in a wide variety of industries for over 20 years. Her experience spans consumer goods and product, the sharing economy mobility space as well as mobile fueling.

She has managed projects and programs for global brands including Adidas, Reebok, Rockport and Triumph International throughout North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Southern Europe.

Nicola has spent the last two years developing and building a scalable mobile fueling operation in Vancouver for a Silicon Valley based start-up and prior to that she was responsible for Zipcar’s operations throughout Canada working closely with public and private sector partners to streamline and refine organizational processes, accelerating the adoption of car sharing as a vital input in the future of transportation.

Nicola received her BA from York University and her MA from the University of Waterloo and is currently a member of PMI and is PMP certified.
